News and Reviews for Grandma Z's Guest House
Linn Ave Guesthouse:
This home was a perfect meeting place for our family. This older home was full of vintage and antique furniture. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The living and dining rooms were spacious. There are two full kitchens with a wide variety of cooking, serving, and dinnerware. The hostess was quick to respond to my messages. We found a Fareway grocery store, gas/convenience stations and a very nice public park/playground in this lovely little town.
Elma Guesthouse:
Very clean with working appliances and AC. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for simple meals. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommended apartment that is much better than any of the local chain hotels.
Nashua Lake House:
Amazing stay! The spa tub and shower felt great after long days outside. On rainy days - lots of good movies and fun games to watch. Also, even though raining, the large, covered porch was a great place to sit! Fishing was okay - not anyone's fault on that - just water that was too high from all the heavy rain. The beds are amazingly comfortable! We visited the museum, which was a nice little outing. We went to the beach...it was nice but very cold! We also went to Dairy Treat, recommended by owner of the property, and it was so delicious! Truely a great stay!! Thank you.
The Charles Guesthouse:
4 friends flower shopping. This house worked perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Our only regret is we didn’t stay 2 nights! We loved looking at all of the unique decorations and character of the house.
Walnut Ave Guesthouse:
Very comfy beds and pillows. Great showers. Well thought out decor and keep of original design.
Grandma Z's Guesthouse:
We have stayed here several times- never disappointed with any part of this experience. It’s easy to get to, fast and friendly correspondence, and always clean/well maintained property!
The Recker House:
Very comfortable home. Peaceful neighborhood. It was a pleasure to be in a place like home where we could cook, do laundry, barbecue and enough room to kick up our feet. Nice country atmosphere with corn fields nearby. We enjoyed watching the fire flies each evening on the porch. We enjoyed taking quiet walks and meeting very hospitable people. And the church was a five minute walk away. An Airbnb beats a hotel/motel anytime.
Elma Guesthouse, Too:
Nice stay! The bike trail and the city park are beautiful. It has all the appliances needed. The bed is so comfortable.
